As a Senior Enterprise Sales Executive, you will focus on acquiring new mid-market and enterprise customers across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You will be responsible for developing strategic relationships with finance, tax, operations, and IT stakeholders while helping customers modernise critical business processes through innovative SaaS solutions.

The role is fully remote within the DACH region and offers significant career progression opportunities as the business continues to expand across EMEA.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Driving net-new business acquisition and account management expansion across enterprise and upper mid-market organisations throughout the DACH region.
  • Building relationships with senior decision-makers including CFOs, Finance Directors, Tax Leaders, CIOs, and Transformation Executives.
  • Understanding complex business challenges and positioning technology solutions that deliver measurable commercial value.
  • Developing and executing strategic territory plans to maximise market penetration and revenue growth.
  • Generating pipeline through a combination of outbound prospecting, partner engagement, events, and marketing-led initiatives.
  • Collaborating with alliance and channel partners to create joint opportunities and accelerate deal cycles.
  • Managing complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders and lengthy enterprise buying journeys.
  • Providing market intelligence and customer feedback to support future product and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Staying informed on regulatory, financial, and technology trends impacting organisations across the DACH market.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven success selling enterprise software solutions into mid-market and enterprise customers.
  • Experience within SaaS, ERP, FinTech, RegTech, Compliance Technology,  Financial Software, or adjacent sectors. Tax technology experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong track record of exceeding new business targets and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Experience engaging senior business stakeholders and executive decision-makers.
  • Understanding of enterprise business applications and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Familiarity with ERP ecosystems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, or similar platforms.
  • Fluent German and English language skills.
  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a remote, international environment.
  • Experience working with channel partners, systems integrators, or alliance ecosystems would be advantageous.
