The Company
We are partnering with a global E-invoicing and Finance AI SaaS provider, backed by a major US venture capital firm, operating across 40+ Continuous Transaction Control (CTC) mandates worldwide. The platform converges E-invoicing, compliance, AP/AR automation and Finance AI, positioning the business at the centre of global digital tax transformation. This is a critical growth phase, with strong market momentum and significant investment into partner-led expansion.

The Role
As Partner Sales Manager – E-invoicing, you will be responsible for building and scaling the partner ecosystem in Spain, with a strong emphasis on recruiting new partners from scratch while selectively developing existing relationships inherited from the parent company and its affiliates.

The role is 70% partner recruitment / 30% partner management, and is fully quota-carrying, combining partner-sourced pipeline generation and co-selling on enterprise deals.

– Regional advisory and consulting firms

Key Responsibilities
– Recruit, onboard and activate new partners across Spain
– Develop a scalable partner ecosystem focused on E-invoicing and Finance Automation
– Drive joint go-to-market motions including lead generation and co-selling
– Position the value of E-invoicing, AP/AR automation, Purchase-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash solutions
– Facilitate partner enablement with support from the Centre of Excellence (Sales, Marketing, Product, IT)
– Own partner pipeline, forecasts and revenue contribution
– Represent the company at industry events, partner forums and ecosystem initiatives

Experience & Profile
– Minimum 3 years’ experience in E-invoicing SaaS or related AP/AR, P2P or O2C solutions
– Proven Partner Sales Manager background, ideally recruiting partners from scratch
– Strong commercial mindset with demonstrable partner-sourced revenue success
– Fluent Spanish and English
– Confident working cross-functionally to enable and scale partners

Location: Madrid (Hybrid / Remote available)
Salary: €65,000 – €75,000 base + 25% variable
