Job Description
An Enterprise Regional Sales Manager is required to run an Enterprise Sales Team, coming with strong E-invoicing / AP / AR Automation experience to join a major brand in building and developing their E-invoicing Enterprise Sales pipeline.
You’ll run a team of 7 Enterprise sellers, covering UK&I, Benelux & Eastern Europe with a mid to upper $Xm Quota. Your role will be to mentor the team and report progress to the overall Senior SD with a view to building and developing multi-country deals that including Indirect and Direct Tax, with a focus on full E-invoicing CTC mandate compliance too.
Requirements:
You’ll understand the E-invoicing market, the CTCs and how to sell in this space at high velocity, and with strong MEDDIC/MEDPIC or related practices.
Work closely with Alliances and CSM teams to develop accounts won – strong hunter and nurture mentorship for your team.
Exceptional trainer – able to upskill your team (with considerable support) to enhance their solutions selling / narrative selling abilities in the complex e-invoicing and Tax space.
Sales DNA – You’ll show clear progression in the Sales path, from excellence in your own work to bringing in change and improvements to teams.
Location: Amsterdam – 2-3 days in the office.
Salary: €140k + €80k/€85k Variable with accelerators.
