Base Salary: £39,000 – £45,000 / Variable: £26,000 – £30,000
Location: Hybrid (London)
Overview:
Join a global leader in legal technology as an Account Manager, with a primary focus on driving new business within the UK and beyond. This is a hybrid role for high-energy sales professionals who thrive in a target-driven environment and enjoy building relationships with prospective clients. Prior experience within the legal sector is not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities (80% hunting), while nurturing and growing a select portfolio of existing accounts (20% farming)
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach through to close
- Work collaboratively with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver tailored SaaS solutions
- Maintain accurate pipeline and activity records using CRM tools
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and contract negotiations with prospective clients
- Provide feedback to product and marketing teams based on market and customer insights
Profile & Requirements:
- 2–3 years’ experience in a SaaS sales environment, ideally having progressed from an SDR or similar outbound B2B SaaS sales role
- Demonstrable track record of achieving new business sales targets in B2B sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a consultative sales approach
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to thrive in a hybrid/fast-paced environment
- A proactive team player with strong commercial acumen
- Experience with CRM systems; Salesforce or HubSpot exposure is advantageous
- Legal industry experience is not required.
