Head of Sales

Procurement Technology SaaS | Fully Remote | UK & Europe

Salary: £70,000 – £90,000

OTE: 30% – 50% uncapped

Location: UK – Remote, Spain – Remote,

A High-growth B2B SaaS start-up in the Procurement Technology space support organisations across the UK, EMEA/Nordics and US in modernising how they manage spend, suppliers, and sourcing. With increasing demand and a clear growth strategy, they are now scaling their commercial function.

The Opportunity

They are seeking a Head of Sales with strong Procure-Tech SaaS sales experience to take ownership of revenue growth and build a scalable sales engine. This is a hands-on, build-from-scratch role, suited to someone who thrives in a start-up or scale-up environment.

You will act as both sales leader and active deal-closer, working closely with the founders to shape go-to-market strategy and grow the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver sales targets across UK and European markets
  • Operate as a player-manager, leading by example on key opportunities
  • Hire, coach, and develop a growing sales team
  • Build and refine sales processes, forecasting, and pipeline management
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success
  • Provide market insight to inform product and commercial decisions

About You

  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales
  • Strong understanding of procurement technology or adjacent enterprise software
  • Some experience leading, mentoring, or managing salespeople
  • Comfortable selling into mid-market and enterprise organisations whilst running a small team as Head of Sales
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with resilience and adaptability
  • Experience selling across UK and European markets
