About the Role
This is a hybrid position that sits between Solution Consulting / Project Management with Commercial Account Management, involving both hands-on project delivery and strategic product input, with a commercial side. The successful candidate will take ownership of e-invoicing projects for major enterprise customers and (€300m + Organizations) while supporting the evolution of the product and compliance strategy across multiple European markets.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and deliver European e-invoicing and compliance projects in collaboration with customer delivery teams
Typically 15 – 20 workstreams, depending on client scale
Support the rest of the Global Centre of Excellence team in product strategy and regulatory alignment across Europe
Act as the bridge between product, compliance, and customer success functions
Ensure all solutions meet local compliance requirements and contribute to the wider product roadmap
About You
Strong knowledge of e-invoicing processes and mandates in different countries.
Experience in solution consulting and/or project implementation with 2 years project management or relatable experience.
We will look at other backgrounds (e.g. Sales) is you’re keen to progress into this role with the knowledge of the E-invoicing CTC Mandates landscape
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with clients and internally – need to be team focused/collaborative
Based in Stuttgart, Germany (preferred), or open to remote roles within Germany and opportunities in Vienna, Austria.
Fluent in English; other European languages are advantageous, especially French or German.
Salary: Up to €85,000 + 10% bonus + benefits
