Overview

We are hiring an Account Executive (1st Seed AE with a team to build as a player coach) for a high-growth AI software company specialising in intelligent document processing. The company is backed by a recent €X million funding round and is scaling rapidly across Europe and North America. You’ll be closely supported by recently exited Founders, with a strong footprint selling with/through partners as well as directly to End customers globally; you’re territory will be N.America but not restricted and some European deals can be yours too. You’ll be helping grow a start up with the best tech in its space, and enjoy multiple global trips for on-boarding, training and development.

The role focuses on new business acquisition across enterprise customers, combining direct sales with partner-led opportunities. Partners currently sit at 9, with around another 15 being evaluated. You’ll be reporting directly into the founders, and learning a huge amount of strategy and business building along the way.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own new logo acquisition across North American enterprise markets
  • Manage full-cycle sales process from prospecting to close
  • Drive pipeline via outbound, inbound, and partner channels
  • Sell via both direct enterprise motion and channel partners
  • Execute land-and-expand strategy within key accounts
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and partner teams
  • Develop and qualify partner opportunities (9 active, 15+ in pipeline)
  • Maintain accurate CRM forecasting and pipeline hygiene
  • Represent company at industry and partner events

Must have:

  • 4+ years B2B SaaS / enterprise sales experience
  • Proven ARR quota attainment history
  • Strong outbound prospecting capability
  • Experience closing complex enterprise deals
  • Experience with indirect/channel or partner sales
  • Based in U.S. with right to work locally

Nice to have:

  • AI / automation / document workflow SaaS experience
  • Experience selling into finance, insurance, logistics, manufacturing
  • Salesforce or HubSpot experience

Compensation

€90,000–€120,000 base + uncapped commission (% of ARR) + stock options
