We are seeking a Senior Sales Director to lead and inspire a high-performing team in Europe, selling into global enterprise clients. If you are a dynamic leader with proven sales success in the SaaS industry, this is your opportunity to make a significant impact in a thriving, innovative industry.

The Role
As the Senior Sales Director, you will:

  • Lead a team of 20 experienced sales professionals across multiple European countries.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed a multi-million-euro revenue quota (€XXm).
  • Drive growth by selling their SaaS solutions to global enterprise clients.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align team goals with organizational objectives.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation within the team.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key enterprise stakeholders to expand market presence.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to ensure competitive positioning.

What You Bring:

  • Proven Leadership: Demonstrable experience leading successful sales teams (10+ members), in SaaS and enterprise solutions. Experience in tax, e-invoicing or legal solutions an advantage.
  • Sales Expertise: A track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets in a global enterprise environment.
  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to design and implement effective sales strategies across diverse markets.
  • Relationship Builder: Strong ability to engage and influence C-suite stakeholders.
  • Results-Driven: Adept at navigating complex sales cycles with a focus on delivering exceptional results.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive base salary of €150,000 – €170,000 with a €70,000 variable component.
