We’re hiring a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to join a globally recognised Legal & Compliance SaaS portfolio, selling into large corporates, financial services, and legal departments across DACH and beyond.

🚀 The Opportunity

As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive, you will:

  • Own a defined enterprise territory across DACH and wider
  • Drive new logo acquisition within a targeted account list
  • Cross-sell and upsell into an established enterprise client base
  • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Engage at C-level across Legal, Compliance, Risk & Corporate functions
  • Sell a diversified, market-leading Legal & Compliance technology portfolio
  • Position advanced AI-powered solutions that enhance legal research, streamline workflows, automate document processes, and deliver data-driven insights

🎯 What We’re Looking For

  • Proven enterprise SaaS sales experience (complex deal cycles, multiple stakeholders)
  • Experience selling LegalTech/software into legal departments is preferred
  • Open to high-performing enterprise SaaS sellers from other sectors
  • Strong consultative and strategic selling capability
  • Experience managing and growing large accounts

💰 Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: £75,000 – £95,000 (UK) or €85,000 – €110,000 k(Germany)
  • Variable: Up to £60,000 (UK) or €70,000 (Germany) uncapped (with accelerators)
  • 10% pension
