A Senior Enterprise Account Executive with strong LegalTech SaaS experience—especially selling into legal, financial, or corporate environments—would be the perfect match for this high-impact role with a global leader in Legal & Compliance technology.
As our Senior Enterprise Account Executive for the DACH region, you’ll represent one of the most respected names in the global LegalTech industry. You’ll step into a role backed by the strongest brand reputation, the most comprehensive client database, and an unrivalled Legal & Compliance technology portfolio trusted by top law firms and corporate legal teams worldwide.
Role Overview
Sales Experience Required
- Proven track record selling LegalTech, RegTech, Compliance, or related enterprise SaaS solutions
- Experience selling into Legal Departments, Law Firms, or corporate/financial services environments
- Strong B2B enterprise sales background (no B2C)
Sales Targets
- Annual quota of approx. $1.25M USD (combination of new business and expansion revenue)
- Typical expectation: 8–9 deals per quarter / approx. $800k USD quarterly
Territory
- Full ownership of the DACH market, with significant growth headroom
- Priority accounts + defined strategic new logo targets
Team & Support
- Dedicated commercial support including:
- 3–5 Account Specialists (India-based)
- 1 SDR (Central Europe/London)
- Collaborative, international team of 8 (one internal promotion pending)
Sales Approach
- Hybrid enterprise model:
- Cross-sell and upsell opportunities within well-established existing accounts
- New business focus across a defined list of target organisations
- Strong marketing, brand awareness, and data resources to support pipeline generation
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: Up to €102,000
- Variable OTE: €68,000 (uncapped with strong accelerators)
