Hands-on & Strategy role for Global E-invoicing customers

We are seeking an experienced Senior Director of Professional Services for E-invoicing to lead the transformation of a global Professional Services and Delivery function within a complex, international technology business.

This is a significant brownfield build and transformation opportunity, requiring a leader who can stabilise existing delivery operations hands-on, establish a scalable global operating model and dramatically improve customer go-live performance.

With a strong focus on E-Invoicing solutions and complex enterprise implementations, you will bring structure, visibility and accountability to an evolving delivery landscape, creating a single global view of implementation performance across a highly matrixed organisation.

The Mandate

• Build & Transform: Develop a high-performing global E-invoicing Professional Services and Implementation function, bringing consistency to teams, processes and delivery methodologies. You will need to handle escalations early on, developing the function over time.
• Stabilise Delivery: Address implementation challenges, reduce project delays and significantly improve on-time customer go-lives.
• Create Global Visibility: Establish a single source of truth across the implementation portfolio, improving governance, forecasting, resource planning and executive reporting.
• Drive Cross-Functional Alignment: Unite regional delivery teams, Product, Engineering, Sales and Customer Success around clear accountability and shared delivery outcomes.
• Scale E-Invoicing Expertise: Build repeatable implementation capabilities for complex, multi-country E-Invoicing, digital tax compliance and enterprise & mid-market integration programmes.

About You

• Proven senior leadership experience transforming global Professional Services or Enterprise Implementation functions. (Team of at least 10 prior)
• Strong background in E-Invoicing, AP/AR Automation or related SaaS implementations.
• Demonstrable success improving delivery predictability, accelerating go-lives and stabilising challenging implementation environments.
• Experience building and scaling geographically dispersed teams within complex matrix organisations.
• Commercially astute, operationally rigorous and comfortable influencing at executive level.
• A hands-on transformation leader who can balance strategic organisational design with immediate delivery improvement.
