The Opportunity

A leading global enterprise software provider is looking for an experienced Senior Solutions Consultant to join its growing E-invoicing Centre of Excellence.

This is a strategic, customer-facing role focused on helping multinational organisations implement global E-invoicing and digital tax compliance solutions. You’ll act as the link between E-invoicing regulatory requirements, business operations and technical delivery teams, translating complex legislation into practical, scalable solutions that integrate seamlessly with enterprise ERP systems.

Working alongside E-invoicing compliance specialists, product teams, software engineers, implementation consultants and strategic technology partners, you’ll play a key role in ensuring customers achieve successful deployments while remaining compliant with evolving global regulations.

The Role

Solution Design & Business Consulting

• Interpret international E-invoicing and digital compliance requirements and convert them into practical solution designs.
• Produce functional specifications, process documentation and implementation blueprints.
• Develop repeatable implementation frameworks and best practices.
• Maintain documentation as regulations evolve across multiple jurisdictions.

ERP & Process Consultancy

• Assess Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes to identify compliance impacts around E-invoicing
• Design E-invoicing solutions that align business processes with enterprise ERP platforms and integration requirements.
• Advise customers and stakeholders on best practices for digital invoicing and regulatory compliance.
• Lead workshops, discovery sessions and solution design activities.

Implementation & Delivery

• Support implementation teams throughout customer deployment projects.
• Provide functional guidance during onboarding and solution delivery.
• Identify project risks, dependencies and opportunities for process improvement.
• Act as the central point of contact between compliance specialists, product teams, engineering, implementation consultants and technology partners.

Stakeholder Management

• Build strong relationships with customers, partners and internal teams.
• Support partner enablement through knowledge sharing, training and implementation guidance.
• Promote consistent delivery standards and implementation methodologies across projects.

Continuous Improvement

• Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on existing solutions.
• Contribute to improvements in implementation frameworks, delivery processes and reusable assets.
• Help drive greater efficiency, scalability and customer success across global deployments.

About You

You’ll have a strong background in enterprise software consulting and enjoy solving complex business and regulatory challenges for global organisations.

Essential Experience

• 7+ years’ experience in ERP consulting, solution consulting, business analysis, solution architecture or enterprise software implementation.
• Strong knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.
• Experience with finance operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, procurement and invoice lifecycle management.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical solution designs.
• Experience working with enterprise ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, NetSuite, Workday, Infor or similar.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working with global e-invoicing, digital tax compliance, Continuous Transaction Controls (CTC), PEPPOL or related regulatory frameworks.
• Knowledge of enterprise integrations, APIs and SaaS implementation methodologies.
• Experience working with implementation partners, systems integrators or software vendors.
• Understanding of B2B electronic document exchange and transaction processing.

Desirable

• Experience in product ownership or product management.
• Exposure to international compliance programmes and cross-border digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience working within global SaaS or enterprise software environments.
