A Salesforce Delivery Director is required to lead a team of 10-20 to oversee the full scale Sales, Services and Marketing clouds in Salesforce for a Global Fintech of 500 people. Approaching Go Live and requiring hyper-care, there are a raft of new projects to come. The SalesForce Delivery Director role will cover and crucially impact all areas of the business.

Salary £80K – £95k + disc bonus, pension, healthcare, life assurance, childcare vouchers, 25 days
The Salesforce Delivery Director will be the focal point of Salesforce for the business. You’ll be establishing the ongoing projects and BAU post go-live, performing requirements gathering and providing full visibility to the C-suite and Directorial stakeholders. Stakeholders will have agendas around Marketo for marketing, AP automation, Finance, IT Operations, Data and Software Development around Salesforce integrations. Your team will consist of developers, QA, BA and PM professionals, you will be required to scope the overall delivery of the programme.
You will be required to map the course of Salesforce in the business; verified projects that will be incorporated include:
Implementing Service Cloud into Clients
Roll out of CPQ functionality
Billing through Salesforce
Analytics via Qlik Sense
New Voice Media (Telephony platform for language specific call routing)
Project / Programme Management of Salesforce implementation of Service, Sales and Marketing Clouds and BAU functions
Leadership of 5-6 Salesforce professionals or more previously
You will have a background in Project / Programme Management with experience of Salesforce CRM BAU process mapping and implementation as well as project prioritisation.
Senior stakeholder management to C-level with experience of providing visibility and initiative to improving their relevant functions
