A Head of Product Management is required to own the B2B Product Marketing roadmap for a Global Fintech Software Firm. You will be responsible for a design-led approach (customer-need focused) scaling the B2B product portfolio and working with senior stakeholders to create a Product roadmap and drive the development of the product suite. The role will oversee multiple products and associated feature lines with the support of the Product Managers to create industry leading offerings that will drive the success of the business.

Salary: £85k – £95k + bonus + benefits ·
Take full responsibility for the product development lifecycle, ensuring that ideas are developed, robustly tested and successfully launched within the required timescales and budget ·Understand the Accounts Payable automation space, specific market trends, & key competitors, and leverage this knowledge to meaningfully contribute to the global product strategy. ·Develop or decommission current products. This will also include commercial and technical assessment of new products and their management, including timelines for launches, to ensure that all stay on track and any issues are clearly reported.
- Working with the Digital Centre, produce a detailed customer experience framework including user journeys in order to define a range of product variants and features;
- Produce a roadmap for the required product providing recommendations and decisions for future movements in order of priority;
- Clear communication with stakeholders to ensure engagement throughout business;
-Proven experience in a Product Leadership role – ideally as Head of Product Management or similar
-Understanding of the fundamental principles behind design-led product management
-Strong background in product delivery from inception to launch
-Have led a product management team
-Strong evangelism of Agile methods for web software delivery
-Technology-as-a-Product background – Fintech background highly advantageous
This is a business critical Head of Product Management role that will own the product initiative for a major Fintech business. You will own the design-led evangelism - designing new solutions that solve problems for their customers or improves their customers jobs so that they can be more productive. That means at the center of it – you will need to be talking to their customers to understand their needs. Introducing design-led thinking will be a challenge but will be a great opportunity for the right person.
