An Enterprise Sales Account Manager is required to build a Fortune2000 oriented N.America client network for a Global B2B E-Invoicing Software business. With 400 employees and plans for a further 200 over the next 2 years, this is a perfect time to join as they expand. The Enterprise Sales Account Manager will sell software that implements invoice approval work flow/ e-invoicing / Accounts Payable Automation software. The role is a consultative direct sales role, that will solution sell to Finance / Account Payable departments around their processes and needs.
Location: Chicago, New Eastside
Salary: $50k – $70k (OTE $60k – $90k uncapped) + benefits
This is an opportunity for an Enterprise Sales Account Manager not just to build the UK client network for a Global Software business. You will join at the genesis of the N.America Hub that is building a large portion of its future strategy around this Hub. As such you’ll need to be self-starting, able to work with the lead generation tools available, but use your own commercial acumen to research the market alongside Marketing to develop the network
You’ll be confident at promoting yourself as an industry specialist. Confident enough to attend conferences, set up webinars and social media drives as well as engage with Subject Matter Experts to gain intellectual capital around how you sell the solution.
As an Enterprise Sales Account Manager, you’ll work on 6-8 clients simultaneously, and as those accounts grow, you’ll have a platform for more strategic / account management overview of a portfolio within the business. This will lead to greater opportunity both in career level and scope of client (e.g. they have just promoted a particular vertical’s Enterprise Sales Account Manager to UK & Ireland and the Nordics / Benelux area too, with headcount to grow a team).
Enterprise Sales Account Manager exp in B2B ERP Software – ideally E-invoicing / Procure-tech
Fortune 2000 clientele direct selling / account management exp
Able to develop own leads in addition to lead gen support from Marketing
Hunter mentality with the finesse and polish to perform Solution Selling with great results
Available for travel; not heavy but when required.
