Account Manager – SaaS Provider – *Remote Interviewing*

An Account Manager is needed to manage and penetrate Enterprise clients for an established 400 person, E-invoicing / Accounts Payable Automation Solutions Provider. The Account Manager will drive revenue growth and continuous enhancement of the client proposition through product/service lines, increased coverage and improved retention, based on deep relationships and an understanding of their clients‘ business. The Account Manager will have a direct sales background, penetrating and developing the tactical solutions to support the strategic effort for the Account Director.

Location: London, City (interviews will naturally be remote and wfh whilst lockdown is in place)

Salary: £45k – £65k + Double OTE, (potential travel allowance) pens/hlth, life assur, 25 days hol

The Account Manager will:

·Establish and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders within the existing Enterprise client base.

·Engage frequently with client’s senior management to understand their business needs and to provide updates on relevant E-invoicing / AP solutions

·Provide input to Account Directors by drafting detailed client profiles

·Escalation on client projects & service failure issues to Service Delivery

·Prepare & deliver effective client presentations to stakeholders at all levels of the organisation

·Be the “Voice of the Client” within the team

·Provide regular account-based feedback and reporting against key account metrics


  • Proven experience in B2B account management working with FTSE1000 type organisations.
  • Experience in a SAAS, Tech, Telecoms or similar environment.
  • Previous, demonstrated success in account growth and business development is essential.
  • Have the ability to maintain a high level of client service & responsiveness, with extreme attention to detail even when under pressure.
  • Able to deal with ambiguity


Fluent French, German or Spanish a major advantage

International account experience would be a plus.
